Power generation: Innovativkonzept selected as lenders E&S advisor
Innovativkonzept has been selected as lenders environmental and social advisor for an energy project in Turkey.
This project foresees that IK monitors the implementation of the E&S Action Plan (ESAP), performs regular site visits and informs the lenders about the clients compliance with their E&S requirements in general and the IFC Performance Standards in particular.

What we do
Our scope of work comprises:
- Provide an update on the project and verify the status of related E&S matters
- Assess status and confirm compliance with the Environmental and Social Action Plan that has been agreed with a Development Financing Institution
- Provide viable and feasible implementation advice on IFC PS compliance and recommendations on mitigation measures in line with IFC Performance Standards
Update July 2016: The word is out that IK provides reliable services
IK has now been retained by other financial institutions’ consortia for similar projects implemented by the same energy producer, i.e. IK managed to supervise the project in a way that not only financial institutions were very satisfied with quality of the services provided by IK but also the energy producing companies decision makers.
