What we do
Unlike the situation where IK is invited to act as the lenders E&S expert (declaring clients compliance with lenders requirements, standards, action plans) in this particular case the services go far beyond.
IK is acting as intermediary between client and the various banks and consults the client on how to improve.
One of the biggest advantages of the DFI E&S expert coordination mechanism relates to the fact that the large number of E&S experts involved on the lenders / investors side have started to speak with one voice and, vice versa, the client (through either its E&S expert, the CEO or the board) does not need to spend too much of his time on communication with the individual E&S experts from the banks involved.
As a matter of fact, such a coordination function can only work, if IK continues to provide its services in a very reliable and trustworthy manner, as DFIs E&S experts not only have “outsourced” getting an independent opinion but also those parts of their E&S project management that do not involve immediate decision making.
